[Paris is a nice city, for the most part. Lively, but not the same way as most American cities...it still leaves room for relaxing. It makes for a lovely vacation spot for the international traveler, particularly a fashion minded one. She's already picked up a cute green top and a pair of form fitting black pants, which she's opted to wear for the rest of her shopping trip. Actual shopping, rather than stealing, since it helps the designers know what she likes.

She's in a rare good mood as she pushes open the door to a boutique, arms loaded with shopping bags bound for her car. Maybe she could've benefited from hijacking a henchman or two as a pack mule, but...nah. Her green skin attracted enough attention, she didn't want to take any chances with Dr. D's idiot squad scaring someone enough to call the cops. The only thing that would ruin a vacation faster than that is if she ran into a certain nosy cheerleader...]

The portal opened as he sensed that delicious fury. But... just over seeing someone else? Well, that was interesting. He wondered which person that said something about, and what that something was. Still, it worked for him.

He lifted a gloved hand and welcomed a small glowing butterfly. He closed his hand over it, transforming it into a dark black and purple one. He gave a smile that was anything but nice.

"Fly away, my little Akuma, and turn her anger to my cause!"

The butterfly flew off across paris, before landing on one of Shego's most favored new purchases. "Le Toxique,"he said mentally once the connection was forged. "I am Papillon. That girl is toxic, but I can give you the power to be the cure. All you have to do for me is one small favor when the time comes."

He smirked. "Do we have a deal?"

The butterfly settled in a gold set, emerald necklace hanging around Shego's neck. Her scowl at seeing Kim, no doubt going to notice her and start making (not entirely untrue) assumptions any second now, turned into a cruel smile as she heard the offer. She dropped bags full of clothing to her feet, hands clenching in excited anticipation of violence.

"The power to crush Kim Possible, for a favor later? Count me in!"

Green might be her colour, but it was purple that spread from the butterfly over her. Her new outfit was slick and sheik in black and purple, a slight moisture on her hands, feet, face, and neck. In addition to her own powers, anyone she touched now, other than her target, Chat Noir, and Ladybug would turn into a full sized dart frog, following her around, issuing various poisons. Some would petrify, others to cause sleep, others to cause illness. Nothing fatal, but damage enough.

After all, these are both kids shows.
